Problems with apt-get update - Live 2023-2 64-bit,

hello @all,

hope this is right place and provide appr. info,
installed 2023-2 live-iso on a stick,
with encrypted persistence,
wanted 'sudo apt-get update', error result:
W: Conflicting distribution: file:/run/live/medium kali-last-snapshot Release (expected kali-last-snapshot but got kali-rolling)
if I ignore and proceed with upgrade or package
installs I experience different 'user _gvm vanished'
or similar errors.
Anybody any ideas?

got the same problem...

solved it by comment out the 3. line in /etc/apt/sources.list

deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main contrib non-free non-free-firmware
deb-src http://http.kali.org/kali kali-rolling main contrib non-free non-free-firmware
#deb [trusted=yes] file:/run/live/medium kali-last-snapshot main contrib non-free non-free-firmware
