I think he does, because he is saying:

So I think the probles is, as zimmaro indicated, that the proprietary drivers cannot be "" completely virtualized ""

ah, fellow ATI/AMD user. Isn't it fun to troubleshoot this damned drivers.
Now for your problem, 16GB in VM? How much you have left for your Host Machine? Maybe that's the problem? Apart from that,

http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Debian is a great resource for you. I've fixed my issues following that wiki.

    More info here for you:

http://wiki.debian.org/ATIProprietary - for proprietary drivers/libs (I used this one in my case, I got a separate post for this here somewhere).
    http://wiki.debian.org/ATIStream - for OpenCL libs.

Ubuntu users added some nice troubleshooting here:

    http://wiki.cchtml.com/index.php/Ubu...al_2D_Slowness
which relates to slowness/laggy performance. Careful using them, but it might be related to your issue.

More slowness issues reported here: http://forums.debian.net/index.php ...

if you manage to fix it, post a guide?

NO IN VM 6 GB FOR (KALI)
    10 gb for myself :P
in total i have 16 gb ram 1600mhz

  9. What I think you are missing is that you are using Kali in VM. The drivers will not work in VM as they are being virtualized. This basically means that what your guest system "sees" is virtual hardware created by it, not your actual, physical hardware. So in essence any video drivers you try to install will not work as it doesn't really see the hardware but just a virtual representation of the hardware. As VM improves, perhaps that ability will be possible, but I don't believe it has yet. You would have to run Kali natively in order to use the drivers.
