MySQL Issue

Anyone able to assist me with an issue I've been experiencing with MySQL? not sure if it's associated with perhaps some updates I've ran in the past or what, but I can't find any recent solutions that works.

Well, just fixed this issue by simply giving everyone permission to /tmp/ (chmod 777 /tmp/). Started perfectly fine after that.
