Okay, so i bought a netgear wna3100 wireless usb adapter. Its a broadcom, and my problem is i can not install any of the drivers from anything. I tried to install from a zip, didn't work. Tried to use wine to download and install from the actual cd, but it just freezes, or it just ends up saying that it can not find the usb adapter when it is going through the setup process. I INSTALLED KALI LINUX TO THE ACTUAL HARD DISK. It is NOT running in a VM..thats all people seem to have tutorials or fixes for when it comes to this...can anyone help me out? I have my actual wireless card already active and working, i just want to get this external one up and working :/ much thanks in advanced
Btw, when i lsusb it does acknowledge that it is plugged in.
