Where is privoxy?

Installed Kali 64 bit last night. Privoxy is nowhere to be found. It doesn't seem to be in the repos. Why? Has its use been deprecated for some reason?

Try

echo deb http://repo.kali.org/kali kali-bleeding-edge main >> /etc/apt/sources.list
apt-get update
apt-get upgrade

and then try to install privoxy
