hybrid graphic card ati/intel causing system overheating

I have an hp laptop dv7-6c90sf with an ati hd 7690 xt / intel hybrid graphic card; however after few minutes from starting kali the cooling fan starts running at full speed but the temperature keeps rising and the fan noise won't stop.
The sensors command give this:

I know that 70.0 °c is not critical but tha laptop is burning !
maybe because the catalyst is not installed or the dynamic switch is not enabled; i don't know how to do that, so can any one help ?

i installed the packages containing the card driver and the catalyst http://driverscollection.com/?H=Rade...Linux%20x86_64 but nothing seems to be changed !

Problem looks like it's common with that model- I'd definitely get a laptop cooler if I couldn't unload it for something else.
