AWSU036NH not recognized by Kali Linux running on VMware fusion

Hi,

I need to get my wireless USB adapter recognized by Kali Linux running on VMware fusion. Can anyone please help me?

(i) Thus far, I have installed VMware-tools on Kali.
(ii) When I type airmong-ng, there's nothing listed.
(iii) Wireless USB adapter is properly connected to Mac.
(iv) Alfa Network AWSU036NH driver was properly installed on Mac.
(v) Wireless USB adapter is recognized on both Mac and VMware fusion.

first of all, thanks for your reply.

second, I reinstalled everything for the fourth time. I did everything exactly the same, except this time I downloaded and installed the .torrent version of Kali Linux. Guess what?!? This time Kali recognized my wireless USB adapter (Alfa AWUS036NH). There must be a bug in the direct download version.
