Download intrupted

when iam download kali Linux alaways intrupted..when I trying to download Kali Linux(2.3GB) the speed download is 2~3.10 KB/sec but when iam download Backtrack R3 (3.1GB) the speed download is 50~150 KB/sec whats is the problem?

It can be many different things. At time of download the server load could be high. The mirror you get redirected to has issues. You could try and manual select a mirror from where you download kali.

try to use torrent file .. or use proxy server
