    Question Need to install Gnom3 Shell like the one in Ubuntu

    Hi guys

    I just installing kali linux, and I ma liking the way it is working great on my system. It loves my hardware too.

    Only one problem.

    I am so addicted to the gnome 3 interface, with the window view when we move the mouse to the left top corner, No task bar and stuff.

    But coming froma ubuntu environment am totally confused as to how to get this sone as the usual method os adding a repository from PPA
    and trying to install caused me to break my installation.

    The below is the example of the UI am looking for :

    Also the new GDM will be great.

    From your terminal:

    dbus-launch gsettings set org.gnome.desktop.session session-name 'gnome'

    Hi that worked for my gnom shell.
    Thanks a lot.

    But can something be done about GDM too,its the boring grey box now.
