How to remove shortcut File/folder from upper / lower menu bar?

I drag few deskotp folder to upper & lower line bar & they creat shortcut again on menu bar. i've tried to delete them but i can't do that. there is no remove option.
look at the link pic. On upper menu there Application, Place [Unwanted Folder], Terminal & Icewasel. On Lower menu ther are thre Unwanted folder after minimize icon of ice wasel internet.
what can i do . plz help

Alt + Right mouse button -> remove

Try with these commands:
win key + alt + Right-click on icon you want to remove

Click "Remove from Panel"
