This is not a problem, I just found a quick fix although it will probably NOT work for most of you. I tried starting up Kali and I noticed it was booting extremely slow. I looked at the settings and saw that the execution cap was at 1 when it should've been at 100. Everything runs fine now, just thought I might save you a bit of a headache.
