"Debian Live image failed to boot" - Cannot mount /dev/loop0 ....

I've been trying to run Kali Linux via the Live USB method. I've read over the documentation on installing via Live USB method, I've followed every step, and I still can't get it to work. i've even checked google and youtube and I still can't find a solution. I'm trying to run Kali Linux 1.0.5 amd64. I downloaded the ISO image from the official Kali-Linux website, and I used Win32 Disk Imager to transfer the ISO image onto a 4 GB Centron USB. I have an intel x64 bit processor. Everytime I try to boot up to the hard drive, I get a specific error message. I always choose the "Live (amd64)" option on the splash screen. From videos i've seen of Kali-Linux installs, the splash screen has the horse image and other desgins, my splash screen is only grey and just contains the options to install and run KAli Linux as live. Could this mean the ISO image is corrupted? I was able to find the Md5 Hash (not sure if this is the same as the SHA1 Hashes), but the Hash is: e6bf0b8e20ece43e84be9541f689cde5. I've tried running a live USB or CD-ROM from multiple computers, but I still get the same error message. Any tips or suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

The error message I get is as follows:

    Boot Failed!
This Debian Live image failed to boot.
    Can not mount /dev/loop0 (/live/medium/live/filesystem.squashfs) on //filesystem.squashfs

I have the same issue, is anyone reviewing this post? There has not been a response since 2013.
