Can't Install NVIDIA geforce GT540m on Asus N43SL

Help me please, i can't install Driver NVIDIA geforce GT540m on My Laptop. I have searching google but it's nothing.
this is error message :

I'm sure you already searched for a solution and came across this page: http://docs.kali.org/general-use/ins...-on-kali-linux ? If not see if that can help you out, also for your first error, you can re-download the non-64 driver if they have one. http://www.nvidia.com/object/linux-d...49-driver.html

You need to install version 319.49. Do not forget to install linux headers first, then install the propietary driver from nvidia.
