Kali ARMHF IMG not working

I have tried several times to get the HF image working through my normal means DD or win disk imager but regardless of my attempts it will not boot at all on my Raspberry Pi.

Does it require something different I am not doing or might there be something else going on?

We definitely need ARMHF version of kali pi image...
