    Installing Kali On Hyper-V

I have a Win8 PC using Hyper-V and I've installed Backtrack 5 R3 with no problems. I'm trying to install Kali to attack some other VM's I have connected to my virtual switch and I'm having some random problems..

    1. Install is really slow, Im not installing on an SSD or a super fast HDD or anything but its slower than it should be.
    2. During install, it hangs on the Configure Package Manager screen for a long time.
    3. When it finally finishes the install, booting up takes a very long time.
    4. Im lucky if it boots "fine" after the long boot time but sometimes I get timeout errors referencing my hda1.

I have Kali 1.05 64bit version and I've tried several times. I've installed Kali on another PC a while ago (VMware, months ago) and it was a different version/iso but I had no problems at all.

Does the current ISO have problems or does Kali not play well with Hyper-V?

Any help would be much appreciated.
