okay so i cannot find an answer anywhere. heres my problem. Awhile ago i tried to install Kali both 32 and 64 bit, i burnt both to a disk and also a usb (formatted) the menu came up with live boot, install, graphical install, and advanced options. I tried install. I had no problems or errors while installing. but as a restarted my computer to use Kali as the GUI is supposed to come up it was just a black screen with a loading cursor in the top left corner. i waited about 15 minutes to see if it would continue, it didnt, so i tried live boot. same thing. black screen with loading cursor. but after about 2 minutes the loading cursor was gone and it was a normal cursor. I tried with both 32 and 64 bit, on both USB and DVD. I'm installing on a samsung notebook NP305E5A-S03CA.
