Minimal desktop for pi?

I assumed that Kali for pi contained all the preinstalled packages that Kali for x86 had. At tonight's Pi Masters meetup group, I was told Kali for raspberry pi was a minimal release. Is there a webpage that lists the preinstalled packages? If not, what packages are preinstalled? I am interested in truecrypt, gparted, Lynis security audit and system monitor.

Are wifi, printer and scanner drivers preinstalled? Disk utility? PDF viewer?

I need to know what packages are preinstalled to know if Kali is worth installing on a pi?
