I would love to be able to use network-manager to configure my sstp vpn connection. Apparently a plugin has been developed for it: http://sstp-client.sourceforge.net/ Unfortunately, there aren't any packages for it that'll work. I'm trying to figure out how to compile and install the sstp-client, network-manager-sstp, and network-manager-gnome programs.
I followed what I believe are the compiling instructions, but I can't get SSTP to appear as an option in network-manager. I think I have all dependencies working, and it seems like it's installing correctly when I do ./configure; make; make install.
I'm not much at compiling software, but I can get myself around the OS well enough. I just can't seem to figure out how to make this one work.
I'm running Kali 1.0.5, 32-bit on my Sony VGN-CS215J
