Here's what I'm told when I try......maybe you have any idea what it means, I think it's because of broken dependencies....
I attempted to install skype both using Gdebi with the .deb skype package.
which gave me this error:

It says I was supposed to try apt-get -f install to fix the dependencies, but that does this:

THEN FINALLY ONCE I FIGURED EVERYTHIGN WAS INSTALLED BECAUSE I SAW THE OPTION TO OPEN SKYPE IN THE START MENU......I TRIED IT THROUGH TERMINAL AS WELL:

By the way
