I have a question as create menu in fluxbox with kali tools (tools for pentest)?

To create menu in fluxbox, you have to edit the fluxbox menu configuration file
located at ~/.fluxbox/menu

Is the Kali linux menu for fluxbox build using the official tools list of kali from http://tools.kali.org/tools-listing
plus some items like text editors etc...
