Build Custom Kali with Grub-EFI

Looking for some help.

I just bought a brand new Dell 11 3000 Series laptop and I want to install Kali on it with grub-efi.

Can someone give me some guidance to building a custom install that has Grub-EFI as the bootloader?

Refer to this thread. I just don't like have to disable Secure Boot.
