Kali linux freeze when open some apps

hi ,
i'm running kali linux(AMD64) in live mode on my desktop, and it goes well but when i try to open some apps it freeze completly and i have to reboot by pressing the power button, it does that with iceweasel and other times just for no reason ...

so far the only time i got something was when i let it running reaver for a while and when i came i found a black screen with some lines of hexadecimal codes, i wasn't able to copy all of them but it was a line in the top saying : "general protection fault", i searched and i found that it means the OS(or app) try to get some private instruction on CPU... :S
and i noticed that when i'm booting i get this line : "microcode: AMD CPU family 0xf not supported" i readed that linux can apply some patch for problems like that but i don't know how (even if it's possible )

i want to install kali permanently on my computer but first i have to solve that , so here is the /proc/cpuinfo file :

EDIT : that line "microcode: AMD CPU family 0xf not supported" appears more than once when i boot !
i found it 5 time in the dmesg !

nobody knows what's happening ???
it's really irritating i never shut it down normally evrytime is by hard reboot on pressing power button XDXD !
yesterday it freezes again twice, once when i was changing desktop background and other when i was browsing kali sub menus on Applications menu ! that proofs the things is random because i changed background and browsed menus other time and it dosen't freeze (unlike iceweasel it freeze me everytime :/ i use googleChrome instead) !!

i don't know if i should post anything else for argument my thread , anyhow i hope someone would tell me at least what's wrong !!
