KALI on RK3188 Chipset - MiniPC

Has anyone heard of or successfully installed KALI on RK3188 Chipset? I am using Tronsmart T428 myself.
Ideal would be for someone to have a build that would have VNC server running at boot by Default or a webserver to login via anything especially a mobile to control it.. Idealy have Adhoc configured broadcasting with it's own wireless network and have driver support for additional USB wireless networks support. That way a person could connect to the MiniPC remotely and control it.

So I guess there is no insternal Bluetooth, GPU driver support yet.

I currently have Xubuntu installed on the RK3188 and it runs great/ (No BT or GPU support YET). Mine is updated and customized.

Can someone please explain what the best method of backing up the firmware loaded device?
