Changing HTTPS to HTTP or NO SSL Connection

Hi I have a simple question, basically I want to be able to browse the web without any https connection. I've tried to research this however I've found barely any sollution. Please tell me how I can completely disable https browsing.

This protocole don't depends of you, it is the website adminitrator who can decide whatever he should able or disable HTTPS on his website

This will force others to use http instead of https:

Have you tried removing the s from https in the address bar and then hit enter?

Example:

https://www.google.com/

http://www.google.com/
