I need to pull some saved live and possible email passwords from my wifes old laptop and standard ways of doing this are not working even with admin on her xp machine. The thing is loaded with garbage but she cannot remember her passwords but theyre saved on this laptop she has and the things so old it cannot connect to any internet nearly as far as i can on mine. I have win 8, kali, gentoo, and calculate on here. is there a way to make an ad hoc access point and do this? or simply remote desktop and do it? mind you she doesnt have software but i do have some usb sticks i could copy programs over with. any help would be amazing. as i said its not someone elses info its ours and i cannot get her online nor can i figure out how to find the certs and view the passwords that are saved on the thing. thanks. amph3t
