I've downloaded the VMware image from this link:

I want to open the VM in VMware Workstation for Windows 9.0.2 build 1031769 on a Windows 7 host.
I'm looking through the directory structure of the download, looking for a .vmx file I can open in VMware or an .iso I can create a new VM from. I'm not seeing any such files. Can someone let me know what format the VM is in, and how I might open it or use it to create the VM in VMware Workstation?
