After upgrade if your running into troubles with virtual box

I just upgraded this morning, and i thought id make a quick post just incase someone runs into the issues with virtual box. Basically after i upgraded my desktop was a different resolution and i was unable to access shared folders.
Fix:
reinstall headers
reinstall the VboxLinuxAdditions.

This happens when the kernel gets updated. You will need to install VMware tools/Virtualbox additions.

when you upgrade, do you delete the old kernel?
