How to inside deep web with tor?

hi guys i have install tor for linux but i not have access a deep web i not know why .. i think that my isp block relay but i have try to get new relay but not working see it .. https://imageshack.com/i/0j7l43p and https://imageshack.com/i/0ibi84p i not know why not have access in deep web but i can only navigate i normal web .. The easiest way is to create a new user, so you are not logged in as root, and from that new user account download the tor browser bundle, and then you'll have access to the deep web.
