Dual boot with windows 7, installation succesful but no grub

So, it's three days I'm trying to install Kali Linux in dual boot with Windows 7 (EFI).
So, I install Windows 7, that "split" the hard disk in three partition, boot, MSR (????), data. Everything ok. I go live on kali linux, I set the partitions for swap, root and home with gparted. I set up kali linux.."do you want to install the grub on the MBR?" **** yeah! Reboot..starting windows..I don't wont Windows, hate that so much **** ok, being serious, why doesn't kali install the grub?

While I was writing this I thought: what if I format the boot partition (/dev/sda1) being unallocated, than format it with ext4 filesystem and istall on it the grub?

    Ok, fixed. How?

So, I installed Windows 7 WITHOUT the EFI option, but what happens? Gparted doesn't recognize the partitions. I've used a cd live of ubuntu, installed fixparts and deleted the GPT partitions that Windows left, partitioned the hard disk, and then finally installed Kali Linux
