Finally ready to switch to Kali Linux

Ok, it has taken me a while to finally make up my mind about replacing Backtrack and installing Kali as a dual boot w/Windows. I browsed the forum and found the following post related to my situation. https://forums.kali.org/showthread.p...x-to-Hard-Disk. I'm including my partition layout and would like recommendations on how to replace the current Backtrack 5r2 with Kali.

Device Boot Start End Blocks Id System
    /dev/sda1 * 1 13 102400 7 HPFS/NTFS
Partition 1 does not end on cylinder boundary.
    /dev/sda2 13 26099 209529395 7 HPFS/NTFS
    /dev/sda3 26099 30402 34565121 5 Extended
    /dev/sda5 26099 30219 33096704 83 Linux
    /dev/sda6 30219 30402 1467392 82 Linux swap
