At the top of the screen, my clock says 'SUN MAR 30, 00:37:59". I have tried manipulating the locale file (en_US), and created a new one based off it called en_US_MIL. I know that en_US_MIL is being read. What does the top clock base its format on, I want it to read "SUN 30MAR2014 0037:59"? I have gone through the locale multiiple times and see no matchups to what I'm seeing vs what I have down.
