ettercap doesn't list wireless IPs?

Hi all, when i use ettercap and search for hosts i get the router one, the PCs which are connected by ethernet and one TPLink wifi extender IP as well which i also have connected to the router

But it doesn't show for example my smartphone IP which is connected to the main modem (not to the extender TPLink device)

I also have some other devices connected by wifi to either the main router or the TPLink and non of them pop up in the host list

I use Kali linux 64 bits and trying to sniff to eth0 as my PC is connected by ethernet cable and not wireless mode

I ARP poisoned one PC connected by ethernet succesfully, but i don't know how to do the same for the wireless devices

Am i doing something wrong?

Depending on the router, and how its configured, wireless devices may be isolated from wired devices (as well as each other).
