Hi all.
I've installed Security Onion on an old machine to sit on my network sniffing packets. I've placed the computer to hide away in a cupboard with the view to RDP to it from my Kali laptop. I've read on loads of other forums online but most people seem to be using it to link Ubuntu and windows. I've read tutorials but they seem to miss off a lot i.e. they tell you how to set it up on the client machine but nothing about what to do on the machine you want to connect to.
Does anyone have experience of using a RDP to connect to Security Onion? Or indeed anyone have an input on how to use any RDP to link Kali and Security Onion? All input would be greatly appreciated.
