Hi all,
I am kind of new to this distro, but I have had other distros in the past.
I have Kali installed on my HDD, basic installation with gnome.
Here is the issue: I want to install the BTC client Bitcoind and there seems to be no way to do it.
Firstly I tried this guide http://askubuntu.com/questions/41001...nstall-bitcoin, but it didn't work, then the only tip I found on the internet for Kali is this http://evilgold.net/?p=49, but it failed ("apt-get build-dep bitcoind" can't find qt4-default).
My sources.list:
Code:
## Regular repositories
deb http://http.kali.org/kali kali main non-free contrib
deb http://security.kali.org/kali-security kali/updates main contrib non-free
## Source repositories
deb-src http://http.kali.org/kali kali main non-free contrib

I tried manually downloading the .deb, and the dependencies (qt4-default and qtchooser 4.8.4), but I got an error because those packages would damage my qbus (4.8.2).
Hope you can help me.
Thanks.
PS: the helpful and competent moderator is asked to explain where my issue has been covered multiple times before (assuming it has been), when he sends me a warning and removes my thread, or he won't solve my issue at all, for which I (and the staff) am here for (for I already searched on google, forums and docs something regarding "bitcoin" or "bitcoind").
