Hi! I have 18 characters set on John The Ripper running --incremental=Custom. How I set that same consecutive characters are not tried? Like aabcd, abbcd. Only abcad bacdad and so on.. Or any other way run 18 custom.chr? passwd length 6-11. Tested on 5 letter password it took almost one and half hour (without extra rules, only incremental).
