    Can't boot from usbstick.

Hi i've installed Kali on to 3 usbsticks now, even bought a brand new one but still get some error Kali can't identify it.
I've booted up Kali in Vmware Workstation with an iso and installed from there on to the usbstick. I've done this before with BackTrack and it worked flawless.

    This is the error:

I get this problem with other linuxdistros aswell, but not BackTrack.
Same problem with unetbooting making a live version with persistance.
I've tried different usbports, unplugged all things that uses usb exept that usbstick I wanted to install on.

Is there a fix for this?

We suggest you use XP and Win32DiskImager.exe to load the kali-linux 1.07.iso. We can have a persistent usb running kali-linux up and running in 30 minutes. There are plenty of tutorials on the subject see:

Kali Linux Live USB Install | Kali Linux Official Documentation

To add persistence use gparted on a seperate linux operating system as your usb is locked during the process.

You will find the kali-linux persistent usb very stable and resistant to damage. Much better then the BT5R3 unetbootin approach which was very fragil.
