    NetworkManager causing problems ?

Hello, im sorta new at this and have no idea whats going on. Ive tried researching for hours and cant find a solution so i figured i'd post for help.

Anyways to the problem. When running airmon-ng start wlan0 or mon0 i get this:

Found 3 processes that could cause trouble.
If airodump-ng, aireplay-ng or airtun-ng stops working after
a short period of time, you may want to kill (some of) them!
    -e
    PID Name
    5205 NetworkManager
    5208 wpa_supplicant
    5211 dhclient
Process with PID 5211 (dhclient) is running on interface wlan0

So, I try to kill these processes, but NetworkManager is in it, so when i do kill it, i cannot connect to the internet.
It does fix the problem because when i do airmon-ng start wlan/mon0 it does not pop up, but creates a new one seeing how i cannot connect to the internet afterwards.
If i start it up again, same error pops up that they could cause problems.

Not sure of my NIC card is the problem, but i dont think it is. Maybe its not compatible? Im not sure. I did have this working perfectly before. I started up wlan0 and mon0 without it saying processes might cause problems. then i decided i wanted to install kali on another usb which is bigger, once i did. this problem happened. Even when i use the first usb, this still happens.

Heres what it says when i do iwconfig if it helps.

wlan0 IEEE 802.11abgn ESSID:"Bill Wi The Sience Fi"
    Mode:Managed Frequency:2.462 GHz Access Point: XX:XX:XX:XX:XX:XX
    Bit Rate=65 Mb/s Tx-Power=15 dBm
Retry short limit:7 RTS thr: off Fragment thr: off
    Encryption key: off
    Power Management: off
    Link Quality=70/70 Signal level=-15 dBm
Rx invalid nwid:0 Rx invalid crypt:0 Rx invalid frag:0
    Tx excessive retries:0 Invalid misc:13 Missed beacon:0

    lo no wireless extensions.

    eth0 no wireless extensions.

I can see it says "Port-mapper not starting" on the boot-up. Maybe this is the problem ?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Only problem i have on kali.
