Issue Upgrading custom iso from 1.0.6 to 1.0.7

I'm currently running the custom .iso Kali linux CIA v3. When I attempted a "dist-upgrade" I ran into an issue.

When I try to install certain packages to kali I get the following error message:

    /var/cache/apt/archives/linux-image-3.14-kali1-amd64_3.14.5-1kali2_amd64.deb
    E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

    Any help is appreciated.

I put the MBR and Grub on one partition(SDA) and the "linux swap" on another smaller partition.

Any one else ever have this issue?
