Hey everyone!
I'm having a slight issue with my graphics. the title is sort of self explanitory, but to add to it:
my screens are mirriored and the one with bigger resolution is only about a quarter used. when i go to display options, it shows one monotor labled "Unknown" and I cant detect monotors or change resolution. I tried to kill Xorg and run Xorg -configure, but it gave me an error about not being able to create listening modules and exited with status 1. Also xserver-xorg-video-intel is at the newest virsion
I'm using the intel onboard graphics card. the output of lspci|grep VGA is:
00:02.0 VGA compatible controller: Intel Corporation 4th Generation Core Processor Family Integrated Graphics Controller (rev 06)
I'm not too savy about graphics, as i havent had any configuration issues in the 2 years that i've been using Linux, so bear with me please. if theres any other commands you need me to post the output of, id be glad to. I guess i could live with this, considering that the system itself is working, but its rather frustrating. Thanks! -§igΣa
