Ok, so you go to start > run and then open msconfig.exe? So you're already in windows?

The reason nothing is showing in boot is because grub is now your bootloader. You don't need the windows one any more.

What is it you want to change?

You can restore the windows one by making a recovery usb or cd from within windows, booting it, selecting advanced options and then start up repair. This will replace grub with the Windows loader and (I think) kill your Linux boot at the same time.
