    Running KDE Desktop Enviro in Kali 10.7 Persistence

    Just burnt Kali 10.7 to a 16gb usb, and then set up persistence through Gparted, ext 4 ; persistence.

    I installed KDE Plasma Desktop Environment through;
    apt-get install kali-defaults kali-root-login desktop-base kde-plasma-desktop

    ...rebooted..KDE Windows manager showed up in settings. I set my theme, tryed to log out. After a spell of auto login ins to GNOME i managed to get to the login screen where i could change the option to KDE Enviro ...but no luck, it just would not let me log in.....

    Besides that Kali 10.7 is a monster...

    Anyone got managed to set up KDE in persistence from a USB Boot yet?

    16GB is enough to performance the full install of Kali on.
