What kind of Anti-Virus and or Firewall is everyone using?
Is anyone even using either of those things at all????
It's hard to find good discussion about these things in Kali (unless is bypassing them).
I've read a little about Comodo, iptables, and maybe a few others.
I'd like to know how valuable AV/Firewall is to have in a distro like this.

I don't see why you would require either of these on a pentesting distro...

That's part of what I wanted to know.
But why is that? You still need to browse the web with it sometimes, and it still gets networked. Other than downloads coming from official repos how is the system any less vulnerable to malware?
