Hello,
I am running Kali Linux in VMware Player.
I am using a wireless USB mouse.
When I click and drag my mouse in the middle of the screen it is suddenly forced to the top left corner. When I try to drag the terminal window it is thrown way into the left of the desktop. Whenever I am clicking and try to move the mouse it is forced into the top left corner.
I've tried apt-get update && apt-get upgrade, but it did nothing. I tried installing a fresh version of Kali but the problem still exists on clean installs. I installed my mouse software on my computer, but it didn't fix.
Does anyone have a fix?

Edit: This was fixed with a reinstallation of VMware.
