Hi All,

i'm running Kali linux 3.14 with Gnome.
i have a small question regarding the Desktop Sharing functionality.
What i encountered is that i'm only able to setup a vnc connection from my Windows machine to Kali linux when a user is already logon on the gnome desktop.
When i reboot my kali machine i'm not able to setup a vnc connection, only after login into my user account on the Kali linux machine i'm able to setup the remote VNC connection.
my question is if this normal behaviour(by design) of the desktop sharing functionality ?
and if there is a solution for solving this?

Many thanks for helping!!!
