libnet-netmask-perl reinstalling

E: The package libnet-netmask-perl needs to be reinstalled, but I can't find an archive for it.

everytime i install a package i get this message, but do not know how to reinstall or make an archive for it im pretty new at this any tips would be greatly appreciated

i'm not expert but if this can help you:
-if your repo's(/etc/apt/sources.list) are ok & active try to --reinstall the package
