    Kali 1.09 installation: /bin/sh: can't access tty; job control turned off.

    Asus Netbook S551 Series, 1 TB HD, 6 GB RAM.

    Message I got:

    Can not mount /dev/loop0 (live/medium/live/filesystem.squashfs) on //filesystem.squashfs
    etc..
    I tried the live boot. Install did not even boot up.

    After the 1.09 Kali I tried my previous 1.08 version I could do a normal live boot.

    anyone else having issues installing 1.09

    thx in advance

    sudo dd bs=4M if=image.iso of=/dev/sd*

    image.iso = your kali image
