Problems Logging In - Kali Linux 64 Bit 1.0.9

I recently installed KALI 64-bit Ver. 1.0.9 and was never prompted during my install to setup a "Root" password, it went through the install, loaded GRUB and MBR, and then restarted....I'm now at the logon screen and unable to logon.

The information provided here http://docs.kali.org/introduction/ka...ault-passwords are not being recognized as proper credentials. Any ideas?

I decided to re-install and this time was prompted for the password, last time I skipped out of setting up a Domain and the prompt for a root password comes during the naming of the computer, setting up of the domain, and installation of a password, not sure why I didn't get it the first time. Error resolved.
