Kali Live USB Installation - Kernel version mismatch

Hi everyone, I have downloaded the latest version of Kali from the official website and I have installed it in live usb from windows 7 using win32DiskImager. In live usb mode it worked pretty good so I wanted to install it in the hard drive but from the grub menu the installation stop everytime.
So I tried to install it from kali/application but I have got this message :

Kernel version mismatch

Live system kernel and installer kernel don't match

The installer can only be used if the kernel version of the live system (3.14-kali1-686-pae) and of the installer (3.14-kali1-486) are the same.

Please reboot with the correct kernel (3.14-kali1-486).

I think it's because my laptop is too old. How can I change the kernel version of the kali live system ?

Known bug regarding kernel mismatch - https://bugs.kali.org/view.php?id=345
Solution is not to use live boot to install it - either use text mode or graphic install.

Not sure you mean by it stopping at the grub menu. Can you give any more details?
Are you wanting to dual boot or single boot?

I am also having the same problem , While Installing Kali Linux through the grub menu -both in graphics mode and text mode, the screen freezes in network detection page and nothing happens after that , can someone give the solution for it pls , and i am trying to single boot the OS . Thanks in advance
