is it possible to extend encrypted partition of Kali?

Hi, I just installed Kali and I chose 50GB at installation because I wanted debian beside it.
now I would like to extend partition of kali to the whole HDD, I gave up from Debian, and I don't know how to do it because it was encrypted during installation and gparted doesn't let me to change 50gb partition to the whole HDD.

my question is: I will have to reinstall kali and choose the whole HDD or there is a way to extend encrypted partition?

I think encrypting the whole hdd will be loooong process.

    hi
linux encryption for 50gb it will not take long time ,i think if you have a partion is not encrypted ,you would like to encrypt it,and start install kali you can do the encryption ,writing file system manualy there is some steps to make luks encryption manualy ,if you have only encrypted hard disk and you want to appart it i thought its not possible you should start every thing from the begining
