Thread: Building NetHunter for Nexus S 4G

Question Building NetHunter for Nexus S 4G

I have a rooted Nexus S 4G (CDMA) running on single core, 1000 MHz, ARM Cortex-A8 that i would like to experiment with NetHunter backward-compatibility. Although it lacks of GSM capability (purchased the CDMA version by mistake) the device have everything else such as bluetooth, wifi, NFC, GPS, camera, etc. I could not find any indication or possible que to suggest that it is even possible. I would very much appreciate it if anyone here can offer a bit of advice, thought or suggestions that may point me to the right direction. For example, is it possible to run NetHunter on a single core CPU and if it is, can it be tuned/tweaked to optimize its performance? Also, i wonder if it can be something like the WiFi Pineapple or PwnPhone?

There isn't any official support for it. There needs to be a custom kernel made for it, and right now there aren't any plans to support it. (At least that I have been made aware of.)
